Movement
Movement is my medicine, nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. Whether I'm in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session or an Indoor Cycling class, my mind quiets, and my body takes charge. I let go of all the thoughts, worries, and tasks, dedicating that hour solely to myself. It's a time to focus on building strength and leave with a sense of accomplishment and pride in the effort I've put in. In the yoga studio, I shift gears and use that hour to connect with my mind— but instead of dwelling on daily concerns, I tune into my body, grounding myself through movement and breath on a deeper, spiritual level.
I've been passionate about movement for years and took the leap into teaching in 2019. That year, I earned my ACE Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) certification, and in 2023, I completed the CycleBar Instructor Bootcamp. Currently, I’m working toward my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification with AYA Yoga, set to finish in late May. I'm excited to start offering asana classes this summer—stay tuned!
I've taught at several locations around Columbus and recently joined the team at GRIND Garage in Grandview as a SWITCH coach! You can find me on the schedule every other week on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Stay tuned for more class offerings and some pop-up subbing opportunities, too! See current schedule below.

Grind SWITCH: (60 minutes)
A high-energy, full-body circuit workout rotating around the garage, featuring ropes, bands, BOSUs, and more!
Full/Upper/Lower Body: (45 min)
Get ready for a mix of upper and lower body strength exercises, core work, glutes, and cardio!
All classes are designed for any fitness level, with modifications available for beginners and challenges for advanced participants.
