I Don’t Do Stalls vintage tee

This funny (size SMALL) vintage tee has been cropped & turned into a tank top. This tee is a beautiful periwinkle blue and reads: I don't do stalls! Peep that cutie little kitty cat! 
 
This tee does not have a tag but it looks like a SMALL; dated 1994.
